PK19661: ADMIN TOOL HAS INCORRECT DISPLAY OF TRIGGERS WHEN QUALIFICATION IS USED

Error description

• When additional qualification is used to display a TRIGGER like
  TBNAME, the TRIGGER appears twice in the display.

Problem summary

  *                 column  selection  criteria from ADB21,      *
  *                 are affected.                                *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When  trigger  definition is large,     *
  *                      multiple  rows  are shown on ADB21J     *
  *                      for  the  same  trigger when COLUMN     *
  *                      selection criteria is used on ADB21.    *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  Large  trigger definitions result in multiple rows in the
  SYSTRIGGERS catalog table. When column selection criteria
  is used,  all  the rows are displayed. Only the first row
  (seqno=1) is shown when COLUMN criteria is not used.
  

Problem conclusion

• The  panel is  changed  to display only 1 row (seqno=1 in
  SYSTRIGGERS) when COLUMN selection criteria is specified,
  unless the column is SEQNO.

  Using SEQNO in the COLUMN field  on  ADB21 results in all
  the rows displayed for that trigger. This allows users to
  use criteria such as SEQNO > 2 to customize the display.
