Error description

• In DB2 Administration Tool panel adb21d a CRE line command is
  used to create a new database. In panel ADB26CD the database
  parameter input allows:
    AS TEMP = Y and
    FOR MEMBER value
  .
  Resulting CREATE DATABASE fails with sqlcode104.
  .
  Additional symptoms: sqlcoden104 -104
  

Local fix

• Delete MEMBER name from panel input
