Error description

• The DB2 Object Comparison Tool for z/OS used an ALTER statement
  rather than a DROP and CREATE to attempt to change a
  DECIMAL(10,0) column into a DECIMAL(11,4).
  
  The ALTER failed with a SQLCODEN190 / -190.
  Additional symptoms: DSNT408I DSNT418I SQLSTATE 42837
