PK18975: GEN COMMAND DOES NOT INCLUDE A COMMIT AFTER TRIGGER DDL

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool GEN line command does not include
  a COMMIT statement after CREATE TRIGGER DDL when the option
   "Commit statements per" is set to ALL.
  

Local fix

• Add COMMIT statements manually.
