Error description

• Starting the Omegamon XE db2pe server and message:
  FPEV0178E  DB1D AUTHORIZATION EXIT DEACTIVATED DUE TO ERROR
  (CODE 16)
  is issued.
  The auth exit DSN3@ATH is in a library the is in the steplib for
  Server started task.
  The message implies the exit cannot be found.
  However exit is available.
  

Local fix

• change
  USEDB2AUTHEXIT=YES
  from YEs to NO
  .
  Set the parm to No in the tko2parm dataset (through ICAT)
