Error description

  • In a BMP environment IMS Monitor data may contain
    X'60' and X'61' event records without any associated DLA
    activity.  IMSPA Program Summary incorrectly reports these as
    MSG Queue calls with a PCBname of 'I/O PCB' and function of GU
    for the first call, and blank PCBname for subsequent calls.

Problem conclusion

  • In a BMP environment (including DBCTL) do not report IMS
    Monitor 60/61 SLOG events without associated DLA activity.
