APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• This roll up APAR addresses the following issues with CQM's
  offload function:
  
  1) ABEND SC03 U0000 occurs when job CQM@LDB2 receives a B37-04
  out-of-space condition in program CQM@WDB2.   ABENDSC03
  
  2) CQM@LDB2 job may not load all applicable data to OFFLOAD
  tables CQM22_SQLCODE_DET and CQM22_EXCP_CALLS.
  
  3) When CQM OFFLOAD tables reside in DB2 V8, data contained in
  columns PROGRAM, CURSOR and COLLECTION may contain garbled data.
