Error description

• ABEND0C4 in DFSQC050 after label QCSH6138. CNTCTBPT is zeroes,
  and was loaded into R1. R1 was then referenced as a CTB, and an
  attempt was made to move data into it, resulting in the abend.

  During the processing of a /BRO MASTER MSNAME XXXX command, an
  ABEND0C4 occurred in DFSQC050 after label QCSH6138.  CNTCTBPT
  was zeroes and was loaded into R1.  R1 was then referenced as a
  CTB, and an attempt was made to move data into it, resulting in
  the abend.
  
  The same abend can occur in DFSQC050 after label QCSH5020.
  
  The abending IMS is in a Shared Queues group with another IMS
  that has an MSC link connection.  The MSNAME in the command is
  for the MSC link on the other IMS system.
  
  Additional symptom:
  It is also possible to experience an ABEND0C4 in DFSCLMR0 after
  entering the /BRO MASTER MSNAME XXXX command.  The ABEND0C4
  occurs in routine QMGRSHRQ due to CNTCTBPT being zeroes.
