Error description

• The Object Comparision Tool produces a changes file containing
  lines of x'00' when an IGNORE option of SYSVIEWS TEXT column
  is used.

Problem conclusion

• Garbled view text (low values) was written into the changes
  file when an ignore "sysviews.text" option was selected and
  the view didn't exist in the target system.
