APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The problem is in DFSURDB0's routine called RDBDUCOT. The caller
  should be in amode 31 so that instructions at seq. # 29800000
  and 30480000 produce the correct addresses in R2 and R3.

  The abend occurred during a PUT instruction because R2 and R3
  contain 31-bit address but the utility was running in amode 24.
  The utility was missing the code to return to amode 31 at label
  URDB233, where it reaches end of data when reading change accum
  data set.  As a result, the remaining execution ran in 24 bit
  mode and caused the AbendS0C4 on a PUT instruction.

  Module DFSURDB0 has been changed to resolve the problem.
  An amode 31 capping code has been added to label URDB233 so
  that the utility resumes running in 31-bit mode after reaching
  EOF on change accum data set.
