Error description

  • If an exisitng DBRM is available for the DBRM comparison, but
the member is empty then a new and EMPTY DBRM is being created
but messages BND017E "Unable to find old DBRM member in DBRMLIB"
and BND098I "Bind Manager processing terminated" are issued.
