Error description

• When restarting SCI with a running data collector- data
  collector abends with:
  SMDC TCSV TCB ABEND U0120-00000065, THD=SCSV DIAG=1004000104

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Data Collector abends when starting     *
  *                      SCI after start of Data Collector.      *
  *                      Top Blockers in System Exceptions       *
  *                      report show for each water- duplicates. *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  If SCI starts after Data Collector is up and running- Data
  Collector abends.
  Top Waiters are duplicated in System Exception's Display
  if there are more than one waiter for the same blocker.
  

Problem conclusion

• Programs are fixed to avoid DC abend and duplicates in reports.
