Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tools MIG command skeleton ADB28RL1 and
  the related skeleton ADB25TL2 has an error resulting in a
  "//   DD *" being included in the JCL used in the target system
  LOAD step.
  

Local fix

• Delete the JCL line.
