  - Module inzmain was changed to determine the running mode in
   DB2 V8 before accessing to the DB2 Catalog.
  1- Module inzpyacc is changed to accept the usage of the IF
   option on all kind of data type.
  2- Module UDBEVTTS was changed to remove the LISTCAT issued on
   the non selected partitions.
