  • DB2 Administration Tool unloads entire Partitioned TableSpace
    for each partition, during MIGration processing when HPU is used
    as the unload task.

    statement  during  migration processing when migrating a
    table, which may cause SQLCODE204 or a DROP of the wrong
    table to occur.

    *                      Tablespace  may  be  unloaded once for  *
    *                      each Partition.  NOTE: In other words,  *
    *                      MIG of a Partitioned TS, with HPU used  *
    *                      as the UNLOAD task, generated UNLOAD    *
    *                      of entire TS for each Partition.        *

    *                      Using DB2 Admin V7 Migrate, SQLCODE204  *
    *                      may occur when dropping the objects on  *
    *                      on  the  target  system,  or the wrong  *
    *                      object may be dropped.                  *

    *                      Using  DB2  Admin  V5,  looping may be  *
    *                      encountered  when  attempting to build  *
    *                      the migrate JCL.                        *
