  • The ADMIN TOOL converts the characters in a DBRM VERSION to
upper case. This causes a failure on a REBIND.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The  original  case for the VERSION was *
*                      not  preserved  ( change  lower case to *
*                      upper case) and, consequently, a REBIND *
*                      failed.                                 *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

VERSION got converted to upper case on REBIND/FREE panel.
