• ABENDS0C4 in HPSRIOIN at offset x'3078' occurs when using
  multiple DSGs and one of the DSG has no segment data.

  High Performance Load terminates with an ABEND0C4 when all of
  the following conditions are satisfied:
  1. Using Multiple Data Set Groups.
  2. Empty DSG exists in the secondary DSGs.
  3. Access method is OSAM.
  4. HPIO=Y
  Because HP Load attempts to put the bitmap data into the empty
  DSG despite the process is not necessary, and the control block
  for the put has already been freemained at that time.
  

Problem conclusion

• The modules HPSRBITM, HPSRHDLD, and HPSRRLDM have been modified
  not to put the bitmap data into the empty DSG.
  HP Load also attempts to put the bitmap data into the empty DSG
  when access method is VSAM. However, it does not cause the
  problem. But the process has been eliminated, because it is not
  necessary.
