Error description

• The GEN command issue a message Invalid <Select> after
  CREATE VIEW for views defined with the AS WITH common-table-expr
  ession.
  Example:
  CREATE VIEW view (COL1,COL2) AS WITH something ( COL1, COL2 ) AS
  SELECT COL1, COL2 FROM table

Problem conclusion

• CREATE VIEW with < WITH common-table-expression > triggered a
  Parser error. The reported problem has been corrected in R710.
