  A RESOURCE UPDATE LIST NAME CONTAINS AN 8
  CHARACTER NAME.
  
  ISPF MESSAGE ISPP118 WHEN INSERTING A NEW
  RESOURCE UPDATE LIST ENTRY WITH AN INVALID NAME.
  
  MESSAGES IOHD340 AND IOHD341 ARE REVERSED FOR
  FAST PATH RESPONSE MODE/MSGTYPE ERRORS.
  LOSS OF IMS CTRANSACTION / TCOMMAND SECURITY
  UNDER IMS VERSION 9.1.

  Messages IOHD340 and IOHD341 are reversed for Fast Path
  Response MODE/MSGTYPE errors.
  
  Loss of IMS CTRANSACTION / TCOMMAND security under IMS
  Version 9.1.
  
  Fast Path Resource checking for a Resource Update List does
  not flag some error conditions.
  
  PDS directory can be overwritten if a PDS data set name is
  specified for output without a member name.
  

Problem conclusion

• Correct Batch VERIFY/INSTALL Parser.
  
  Correct Invalid Field Name Specified when an error occurs on
  the Insert Resource Update List entry screen
  
  Correct Incorrect usage of messages IOHD340 and IOHD341.
  
  IMS APAR PQ84677 changed IMS TCOMMAND SECURITY. This APAR
  provides compatibility with this IMS maintenance.
  
  Correct Resource Checking for Fast Path Resource definitions.
  
  Verify DSORG and Member Name presence for output data sets
  before opening.
