PK15394: COMPARE DOES NOT HAVE THE OPTION TO REPLACE OR APPEND A WSL

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• COMPARE does not give you the option to REPLACE or APPEND a WSL
  that the Administration product does.
  

Local fix

• Since the default behaviour of COMPARE is to always REPLACE the
  WSL the local fix for the APPEND is to create a new WSL and use
  the APPEND line command in panel ADB2W1 'Work Statement List
  Library' to append to the existing WSL.

  Panel GOC5WL has been replaced with ADB2WLDA to prompt user
  for append or replace action.  If  append  is chosen, a new
  middle level qualifier must also be  chosen (other than the
  work statement list name) for datasets used in the appended
  portion of the work statement list.
