APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer found that using the U.LO line command produces invalid
  syntax when object contains DECIMAL columns resulting in
  DSNU049I    DSNUGPRS - INVALID OPERAND '00028.5' FOR KEYWORD
  'POSITION' or the column type is TIMESTAMP resulting in DSNU082I
  DSNUGPRS - INVALID KEYWORD - TIMESTMP.
  

Local fix

• Correct TIMESTMP to TIMESTAMP and correct the POSITION syntax
  manually.

Problem conclusion

• Decimal number is generated  for  ending position in
  POSITION(start:end) keyword,  and  is  propagated to
  following column positions. Start/end numbers should
  be whole numbers.
