PK14975: CAPTURED CHANGE RECORDS OUT OF SEQUENCE AT END OF APPLY PHASE

Error description

• After PTF UK08640 (PK14338) applied, following errors:
  o When reorganizing an index DB, the DBD is restarted on the IMS
  system prior to TAKEOVER. This causes dynamic allocation error
  in ORF job.
  o S878 abend when capturing updates immediately after copy of
  original database data sets to shadow data sets completes.
  Correct HRF01563E  Captured change records out of sequence
  at end of APPLY phase.
