PK14283: ONLINE REORG COMMAND DOES NOT PRODUCE A SYSREC DD

Error description

• In DB2 Administration Tool option UT is used for utilities
  function, followed by option OO for Online Reorg job. The
  generated job fails with msgdsnu0471 rc08 with error message
  similar to:
    A REQUIRED DD CARD OR TEMPLATE IS MISSING. NAME=SYSREC

Problem conclusion

• For SHRLEVEL CHANGE and Clustering IX on a table in the TS,
  no SYSREC  is  needed.  However,  ADB2USOP  skeleton resets
  shrlevel  variable to null when Review/Change options field
  is set  to NO,  causing no SHRLEVEL control statement to be
  included.  Reorg  defaults SHRLEVEL to None, which requires
  SYSREC, thus producing the error.
