  This APAR contains a number of fixes for issues discovered
  during the DRF V3R1 beta period.  It also contains forward
  fitted code from DRF V2R1.
  

Problem conclusion

• DRF V3R1 is updated to initialize an empty VSAM database data
  set prior to recovery.  This is required because if the VSAM
  database data set was previously deleted and redefined to be
  empty, it will appear to be a native VSAM file and not an IMS
  database.
  
  DRF V3R1 is updated to fix a local loop variable which
  inavertently broke the chain of LDSDs passed from DBRC.
  
  DRF V3R1 is updated to clean up residual control blocks from
  the DRF master and subordinate address spaces.  When these were
  not cleaned up, subsequent runs of DRF picked up residual data.
  
  FRXIVCN0 is updated to address an ABEND0C1 which resulted from
  a VSAM open failure.  An incorrect ACB address was used during
  data set open.
  
  The DRF Parser is updated to add a running parenthesis count to
  correct an incorrect DBDSL statement count.
  
  FRXRBUF0 is updated to add Type 53 CA records to the cound of
  CA records read.  These records were not counted shown in the
  report count.
  
  FRXUAPI0 is updated to address an error in the SVC capture
  return code handling logic for HPPC.
  
  The DRF Parser is updated to remove the restriction where the
  VOLSER option is required with the IC() keyword.  DRF will now
  use HPIC to generate image copies on scratch volumes if the
  VOLSER option is not specified.
  
  Data set restore is updated to fix an ABENDS0C4 when attempting
  to restore an IC2 or Flash Copy with the OUTPUT(BOTH) keyword.
  
  FRXVSTA0 is updated to fix an ABENDS0C4 when the user specified
  an incorrect DBDLIB in their JCL.
  
  DRF is updated to handle non-zero return codes from DEDBPC and
  HPIC APIs in the subordinate address spaces.
  
  The DRF Parser is updated to initialize the IC options, COMP,
  COMP, ICCAT, and ICNMRULE.
  
  DRF is updated to authorize production database data sets to
  DRF exclusively only if recovery of the production databases
  are involved.  In cases where DRF is performing a recovery to
  a duplicate data set or to an incremental image copy,
  authorization of the production databases are not necessary.
