  This APAR is correcting several problems as well as adding
  enhancements.
  1. RC=20 in apply processing for segments with no key field and
     PTR=NOTWIN.
  2. S0C4 in HFFOBKO0 when applying inserts of non-unique segments
     if HALDB.
  3. Error during log recovery when processing log records for ove
     overflow data set of non-unique index.
  4. U260 abend in apply when non-unique root segments.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR is fixing the following problems:
  1.RC=20 in apply processing for segments with no key field and
    PTR=NOTWIN.
  2.S0C4 in HFFOBKO0 when applying inserts of non-unique segments
    if HALDB.
  3.Fixed error during log recovery when processing log records
    for overflow data set of non-unique index.
  4.Fixed U260 abend in apply when non-unique root segments.
  5.Added messages HRF01564W & HRF01565A with WTOR when DBR or
    STO REQUEST of a database can not be completed through TOSI.
  6.Changed default to not capture calls with non-blank status
    code to reduce ORF user log records and XCF traffic.
    This change requires restart of IMS control region or
    maintenance installation with HRFYUTIL.
  This APAR is adding the following enhancements:
  1.Added $ORFSMSG DD to trigger SORT message DDs to be allocated
    to SYSOUT.
  2.Added option to SNAP dump storage for S0C4 in DFSORT when
    cascading sorts.
  3.Pass FILSZ & AVGRLEN values for change record & non-unique
    sorts.
  4.Added option to presort rba data for non-unique segments to
    circumvent S0C4 in DFSORT V1.6.
  5.Added $PRESORT DD trigger to have non-unique rba data sorts
    (KY) presorted before applying any captured changes. Added
    SORTNUM keyword to override default segment count threshold
    of 5000 to change from using incore only table or external
    sorting of rba data load.
