  using HPU option H for UNLOAD method can fail in the LOAD
  step with error messages similar to the following:

              MISSING. NAME=SYSREC
  DSNU012I    DSNUGBAC - UTILITY EXECUTION TERMINATED,
  HIGHEST RETURN CODE=8
  .
  LOAD job terminates with rc8 rc08 .
