PK13600: ABSTRACT: ALC FAILS WITH RC303 USING TAPE FOR UNLOAD

Error description

• In DB2 Administration Tool, using ALC command that results in
  drop/create scenario, if TAPE is used for UNLOAD operation
  the TSO ALLOCATE command fails with rc303 rc12 returned from
  ADBTAL with error messages similar to:
