  first two bytes of the key values specified are the same.

   FABH0686E HIGH KEY VALUES ARE NOT SPECIFIED IN ASCENDING ORDER
  even if the key values are specified in ascending order.
  
  2.FABHKEYX exit routine issues message FABH0684I that high
  key value is not correct when the specified high key contains
  blank.
  

Problem conclusion

• The module FABHKEYX is modified as to set the key length
  correctly used in comparing the key values.
