Error description

• In DB2 Administration Tool panel adb27cpv collects new
  LIMITKEY value. Generated ALTER TABLE ADD PART statement
  does not contain required blanks around DATE / TIMESTAMP
  limitkey value. Same issue found in panel adb21tav .
