  IPR Unload utility receives ABENDS0C4-11 at HPSURQAN +0222 in
  the HPSURMA0 load module while processing an HISAM database
  whose root key is longer that 16 bytes.
  
  This error occurs if APAR PK04792 is applied and STATREP=NO
  is not specified.
  

Problem conclusion

• The module FABHC00 has been modified as to copy the high 16
  bytes of the key value to a buffer correctly.
