Error description

• GDDM is an optional requirement product of HPPC - however,
  if the GDDM library is not defined, the SMP/CSI, HPPC APPLY
  fails with RC=08.

Problem summary

  *                 DO NOT display DB Historical Analyzer charts *
  *                 on TSO terminals                             *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: If the GDDM library has not exist in    *
  *                      you system and DDDEF entry of DDDEF     *
  *                      SADMMOD does not point real data set,   *
  *                      APPLY fails with RC=08 or RC=12.        *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  If the GDDM library has not exist in your system and DDDEF entry
  of DDDEF SADMMOD does not point real data set, APPLY fails
  with RC=08 or RC=04. But if you do not use displayed DB
  Historical Analyzer charts on TSO terminal, FABGPNAL and
  FABGGRAF is not need to include GDDM and ISPF module.
  

Problem conclusion

• By this maintenance, return code of FABGPNAL and FABGGRAF
  link-edit is ignored during installation.
  
  JCLIN for FABGPNAL and FABGGRAF has been modified to ignore
  link-edit return code.
