APAR status

Error description

• This APAR will address the following problems:
  - Fixed problems of logger exit not detecting duplicate log
    record ids correctly.
  - Fix duplicate IMSIDs listed in MSGHRF101526A WTOR when
    multiple DBDs need to be DBR'd.
  - INSTALL command with TEST(YES) option ends with ABENDU999 when
    control region is at an older ORF maintenance level.
  - DFS3335A LOG INPUT IS NOT IN SEQUENCE FOR FUNCTION CA; REASON
    CODE=2 error when running change accum that pulls in RLDS
    created by ORF job.
  - Corrected problem of not capturing all changes to HALDB when
    selected partitions being reorged.
  - MSGDFS2804A when ORF IC used as input to recovery with
    change accum input.
