Error description

• In DB2 Administration Tool, using GEN with DISP MOD for the
  output dataset results in a fixed space(5,5) tracks
  allocation if the dataset was not previously allocated.
  

Local fix

• Pre-allocate an output dataset of the desired size before using
  the GEN command.
