APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The Transaction Resource Usage reports do not display
  per Transaction (/Tran) statistics for transactions with
  accumulated message count of zero.

  The Transaction Resource Usage reports do not display
  per Transaction (/Tran) statistics for transactions with
  accumulated message count of zero.
  

Problem conclusion

• The transaction Schedule count will be used in place of
  message count when the transaction accumulated message
  count is zero. This will provide per transaction (/Tran)
  statistics based on one message per transaction Schedule.
  Additional resolved problems:
  DBUPDATE KSDS update counts incorrect.
