PK12260: OVERRIDE OF THE DCB FOR THE LOADDDN FILE DOESN'T WORK. PB 7586

Error description

• Override of the DCB for the LOADDDN file doesn't work.
  PB 7586
  
  ADDITIONAL SYMPTOMS:
  1) Garbage output of HPU UNLOAD at the end of a record where
     decimal data should appear. It occurs if there has been an
     ALTER ADD COLUMN on the table and the TS has not been
     reorganized before the unload. PB 7558
  
  
  2) HPU issues message INZU213I with RC0. This message should
     be issued with RC4. Also INZU213W. PB 7595
