APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• ABEND413 if the archive utility has additional steps with
  backwards reference to the dataset created by the archive
  utility for a tape dataset. This can occur when the DSN skeleton
  uses the &DATE and/or &TIME substitutional keywords to make the
  dataset unique.
  The archive dataset name created (cataloged) is not the same
  dataset name as submitted in the archive job.
