Error description

  • HPU UNLOAD batch job may fail in the unload step with COND
CODE = 0008 ( RC8 RC08 ) if the partitioned table to be
unloaded has a different creator id associated with it than the
clustering index creator id. PB 7486
ADDITIONAL SYMPTOMS:
NONE

Local fix

  • Circumvention to the PRIMARY PROBLEM code DB2 FORCE in the HPU
UNLOAD SYSIN statement to pass the unload to DB2 to allow the
unload to process.

Problem conclusion

  • Module Odb2x2 was changed: function db2x2SqlGetIndexes() was
modified to fix the WHERE clause used to find the clustering
index in case of partitioned tablespace.
