Error description

• This APAR addresses the following problems:
  1) When running on z/OS 1.4 Systems at ARCHLVL 1 the following
     is encountered:
   CEE3201S The system detected an operation exception
   (System Completion Code=0C1).
  2) Transaction Routing - improved security
  3) Console Listener - improved network error recovery
  4) Various improvements to presenation and help panels from
     early support customers

Problem conclusion

• 1. Change program to permit correct operation on systems
     using non-z/Architecture systems i.e. those running with
     ARCHLVL 1.
  2. Transaction routing improved to provide greater security.
  3. Improved network error recovery and higher availability
     added to Console Listener.
  4. Dialog has been improved following feedback from early
     support customers in the areas of presentation and help
     panels.
