  HPIC V4 introduced Flash Copy as a new image copy type. Support
  is required and DRF V2R1 to recognize how to restore from this
  type.

• FRXRVRU is changed to add a new flag type that identifies if the
  image copy is a Flash Copy.
  
  FRXISMS0 is changed to determine if a HPIC Flash Copy is passed
  in as input. Special SYSIN is generated for DFSMSdss to handle
  the restore of this type.
