  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of DB2 Administration Tool, who        *

  *                 objects, are affected.                       *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: GEN  performance should be improved for *
  *                      workloads with large number of objects. *
  *                      .*                                      *
  *                      The  Parser fix, delivered via PK10186, *
  *                      for  the  Performance  enhancement   is *
  *                      provided  for  both  releases R510/R710 *
  *                      This    improvement    is    noticeable *
  *                      particularly for workloads with a large *
  *                      number of Views/Triggers/MQTs.          *
  *                      .* Note:                                *
  *                      Additional  improvement  is planned for *
  *                      release R710 ( see APAR PK10682 ). This *
  *                      improvement  is specially for workloads *
  *                      in  which a large number of objects are *
  *                      being GENd.                             *

  GEN Performance Enhancement, Phase I, Parser fixes in both R510
  and R710 releases.
