Error description

• Enhancement to add a parameter for BROWSE data set space
  allocation. This is from FITS REQ MR0524041944.

Problem summary

• ****************************************************************
  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of QCF panels, that would like to      *
  *                 change space allocation for work data sets,  *
  *                 allocated when the panels are started. A new *
  *                 parameter - SPACE - is introduced in the     *
  *                 starting scripts IQC and passed to IQCC00    *
  *                 If this parameter is passed, IQCC00 uses it  *
  *                 for primary and secondary space allocation,  *
  *                 else the default value of cyls(10,10) is     *
  *                 used for data sets hlq.BROWSE, hlq.BROWSES   *
  *                 and hlq.UNLOAD.                              *
  *                 The new parameter SPACE can be set in IQC    *
  *                 SPACE = '(N1 N2)', where N1 and N2 are the   *
  *                 numbers for primary and secondary space      *
  *                 allocation ( in cyls).                       *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The new parameter SPACE is defined in   *
  *                      IQC and set to default value (10 10).   *
  *                      Users can customize the script and      *
  *                      change the default value.               *
  *                      Parameter SCRIPT is passed to IQCC00    *
  *                      and used for space allocation for data  *
  *                      sets hlq.BROWSE, hlq.BROWSES,           *
  *                      hlq.UNLOAD.                             *
  *                      For customers, that do not copy and     *
  *                      customize the new IQC ( and use the old *
  *                      one) SPACE parameter is set to the      *
  *                      default value (10 10) in IQCC00.        *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  QCF starting scripts IQC and IQCC00 are changed to define and
  use the new parameter SPACE.

• Customers can use old customized IQC scripts and do not pass
  parameter SPACE to IQCC00. The new version of IQCC00 will use
  the default value (10 10) if the parameter is not passed to it.
