Error description

• The following problems will be addressed by this APAR:
  - ORF job can abend with RC=20 during the rebuild of the primary
  index if there are several split root segments where the prefix
  and data portion of a root segment are in the same block.
  There will be HRFYPIXC 330, 331, 332, & 333 entries in the
  trace output.
  - ABEND0C6 HRFYDBRC x'A00'
  - MSGHRF01139E POST REORG PROCESS FAILED IN LOG RECOVERY
    followed by ABENDU0999.

  This APAR is fixing several reported problems as well as
  adding new function to the Online Reorganization Facility.
  

Problem conclusion

• The following problems have been fixed in this APAR:
  1.Fixed problem of not running if DBRC=FORCE.
  2.Fixed potential problem of not capturing log records when
    creating shadow data sets for a NONRECOV HALDB.
  3.Corrected error in log recovery from x'09' log record
    (OSAM SB stats).
  4.Corrected problem causing corrupted RESTART data set by
    providing cross systems synchronization.
  5.Corrected problem of primary index rebuild ending with
    RC=20 when root segment had split segments with prefix
    and data in the same block.
  6.Corrected S0C6 in HRFYDBRC +X'A00' during ORF job startup.
  
  Also added the following enhancements:
  1.Added ICVOLCT keyword to specify eligible volume count for
    image copy data sets that are dynamically allocated.
  2.Added capability to reorganize secondary indexes and primary
    indexes for non-HALDB without having to reorganize primary DB.
