IMS High Performance Image Copy for z/OS Version 4 Release 1
    User's Guide: Document Number: SC18-9409-00 ( SC18940900 )
    should be changed as follows:

    2.2.1 FABJMAIN JCL
      +-----------------------------------------------------------+
      | Table 7. DD statements for the Create Image Copy function |
      | of the FABJMAIN JCL |
      +-----------+---------+-----------+-------------------------+

2.2.1.3 Function-Unique DD Statement for the HPIC Create Image
            Copy Function
      ICERPRT DD
    | This statement specifies the optional output message data
set. This data set contains the Create Image Copy report. It
can reside on a tape, a direct-access volume, or a printer,
or it can be routed through the output stream (SYSOUT).

    2.3.4.4 CIC/ACIC Statement
      The following description is removed:
Note: You cannot perform a pointer check in the Concurrent
            Image Copy process.

      Optional keywords:
      :
      DDN=
    | DEDBPC=
      EXPDT=

    2.3.5.15 DEDBPC=
The DEDBPC keyword specifies whether the HPIC Image Copy
function invokes the HASH check option of the DEDB Pointer
Checker utility, or not. This keyword is valid when the
    | executing function is a batch image copy or a Concurrent image
    | copy.
      +-----------------------------------------------------------+
      | DEDBPC=Y|N |
      +-----------------------------------------------------------+
      where:
Y invokes the DEDB HASH pointer check during
execution of the HPIC Image Copy function.
N does not invoke the DEDB HASH pointer check during
the execution of the HPIC Image Copy function. this
               is the default.
    | Note:
    | If the target area of DEDB is used by other application
    | with UPDATE authorization during the CIC processing with the
    | DEDB HASH check, the generated report of the HASH check may
    | not be certified.

This keyword can be used in the following control statements:
    | GLOBAL, GROUP, IC, AIC, CIC, ACIC

    2.3.5.27 HDPC=
The HDPC keyword specifies whether the HPIC Image Copy
function invokes the pointer check of the HD Pointer
Checker utility, or not. This keyword is valid when
    | the executing function is a batch image copy or a concurrent
    | image copy.

This keyword can be used in the following control statements:
    | GLOBAL, GROUP, IC, AIC, CIC, ACIC

    2.3.5.38 ICUNIT=
The following table shows how the HPIC Database Recovery
function and the Create Image Copy function handle the
      unit parameter for dynamic allocation.

This keyword can be used in the following control statements:
    | GLOBAL, CRC, RCV

    2.3.5.41 LOGUSE=
      +-----------------------------------------------------------+
    | | LOGUSE=Y|N|(N,R) |
      +-----------------------------------------------------------+
      where:
Y specifies that the database is to be recovered with
the update log when the database is updated after to
be an image copy is taken. This keyword is the default.
N specifies that the database is to be recovered without
the update log even if the database is updated after
an image copy is taken. LOGUSE=N is ignored, if the
input image copy data set is created as the concurrent
            image copy (CIC).

    | When the LOGUSE=N and DBRC=Y is specified, recovery
    | runtime is not registered in RECON.
    |
    | (N,R) specifies that the database is to be recovered without
    | the update log even if the database is updated after
    | image copy is taken. LOGUSE=(N,R) is ignored, if the
    | input image copy data set is created as the concurrent
    | image copy (CIC).
    |
    | When the LOGUSE=(N,R) and DBRC=Y is specified, recovery
    | runtime is registered in RECON.

    |2.3.5.50 T2CHK=
    | The T2CHK keyword specifies the two threshold values for HDPC
    | HASH pointer check that will define how the slack bytes or
    | unknown data is treated as T2 records.
    | +---------------------------------------------------------+
    | | T2CHK=(nn,ll) +
    | +---------------------------------------------------------+
    | where:
    | nn
    | Specifies the maximum number of T2 records (whose length
    | is more than the specified length of second parameter in
    | T2CHK=) that are ignored (suppressed) and not considered
    | to be errors. If the number of generated T2 records
    | exceeds the threshold value, all T2 records are considered
    | to be errors.
    |
    | The maximum value is 99 and the minimum value is 0.
    | The default value is 0.
    |
    | This option is effective only for HISAM, HDAM, HIDAM,
    | PHDAM, or PHIDAM databases.
    |
    | ll
    | Specifies the maximum length of the T2 which is not
    | considered to be an error.
    |
    | The maximum value is 99, and the minimum value is 1.
    | The default value is 7.
    |
    | This option is effective only for HDAM and HIDAM databases.
    | The value specified for the HISAM database does not cause
    | an error, but is ineffective.
    |
    | For example: T2CHK=(,3) is equivalent to T2CHK=(0,3).
    | T2CHK=(10,) is equivalent to T2CHK=(10,7). T2CHK=(10) is
    | equivalent to T2CHK=(10,7).
    |
    | This keyword can be used in the following control statements:
    | GLOBAL, GROUP, IC, AIC, CIC, ACIC
    |
    | This keyword can be defined in site default table.

    2.3.5.52 TIMESTMP=
      LASTIC
requests the recovery or the create image copy function
    | using the latest Batch Image Copy (IC) stored in the DBRC
    | as input.
    | LASTIC keyword does not work for other than Batch Image
    | Copy (IC) data set, such as Concurrent Imaeg Copy (CIC), IC2
    | (SMSNOCIC, or SMSCIC), or Online Image Copy (OIC) data sets.
    | When these kinds of IC data set (CIC, SMSNOCIC, SMSCIC, or
    | OIC) are registered after batch image copy (IC) data set in
    | DBRC, HPIC ignore and bypass them, and uses the Batch Image
    | Copy (IC) data set as input data set.

    2.3.5.58 VICDSN=
      where:
      dummy data set name
specifies dummy data set name that is registered into
    | DBRC as the data set name for NOTIFY.UIC command of
        Virtual Image Copy process.
The dummy data set name must be less than 45 characters.

This keyword can be used in the following control statements:
    | GLOBAL, GROUP

6.2.4 Dynamic Allocation for the Stacked Data Set
    | When the stacking is used and DD card for stacked data set is
    | not presented in running JCL, the Image Copy function
dynamically allocates the stacked data set by using the
allocation information specified by the ICEIN control
      statements.
