Error description

• In DB2 Object Compare various errors are noted for table based
  paritioning keywords. Processing SQL similar to the following:
    create table ... partition BY RANGE (...)...
    (partition 1 ending at (...) INCLUSIVE, ...) ...;

  Error messages may appear similar to the following:
  rc16
  GOC2DTC - Unsuccessful completion
  Invalid token in (part-col.list) - expected PART/PARTITION
     keyword
  .
  Error occured when parsing the following stmt :
  ... < CREATE TABLE statement appears here >
  Token number = 00066, Token =INCLUSIVE
  .
  For VALIDATE line command V on a WSL containing DDL:

  Invalid token after BY keyword - expected (column-list)
