  PK05480 - Masking of STOGROUP
  PK05572 - Allow SQL Stored Procedures
  PK06201 - Duplicate STP and UDF gives a SQLCODE of -811
  .*
  It also contains fixes for the following:
   1. Change CREATE TABLESPACE and CREATE INDEX so that when
      DEFAULTS = K (keep), DEFINE YES is present in the DDL.
   2. Correct a problem in gen_triggers when genimpl = 'Y'.
