  EVEN THOUGH THE TRANSACTION HAS AUTHORITY IN      
  THE IMS SECURITY GEN.  OCCURS ONLY IN IMS 9.1     
  SYSTEM WITH TRANSACTION COMMAND SECURITY AFTER    
  APAR PQ84677.

  FOR MODULE DFSISPL0 WHEN INSTALLING AN UPDATED     
  SYSGEN CREATED BY HP SYSGEN UNDER IMS 9.1.

  Possible failure in IMS application when using the IMS CMD /GCMD
  calls. IMS Transaction Security for Type 1 AOI transactions may
  fail even though the transaction has authority in the IMS
  Security Gen. Occurs only in IMS 9.1 system with transaction
  command security after APAR PQ84677.
  Also, possible Message DFS3437A (MSGDFS3437A) for module
  DFSISPL0 when installing an updated SYSGEN created by HP
  SYSGEN under IMS 9.1. Occurs only if password security is
  present in the IMS Security Source.
  

Problem conclusion

• Change HP SYSGEN to create a TCOMMAND Matrix Prefix consistent
  with IMS after APAR PQ84677.
  
  Correct DFSISPL# Password Matrix Module to use SCDMDDIR offset
  instead of SCDDLIDN offset in Matrix Table F Prefix.
