Error description

• Unload API is looping.
  The looping does not occur when BYINDEX is specified.

  *                      and it skips many segments, since HSSR  *
  *                      engine scans all the segments, it looks *
  *                      like 'looping'.                         *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  When the user application continuously issues GN calls with
  a qualified SSA to retrieve a segment in a distant block
  from the current position, reading all the root segments
  via twin-chain to search the segment looks like 'looping'.
  

Problem conclusion

• The module FABH002 has been modified as to reduce the I/Os
  to search such a distant segment.
