This APAR is correcting the following problems:
U999 if RECON1 is discarded.
RC=20 if HRFSYSIN is a member in a PDSE.
Adding a header message when dumping a bad user log record.
This tool is also being enhanced to allow IMS or IMSGROUP
level SETOP modules.
