PK07644: SQLCODE610 RESULTS IN INDEX RBP REBUILD PENDING STATE AFTER DB2 OBJECT COMPARE GENERATES ALTER INDEX

Error description

• When DB2 Object Compare generates an ALTER INDEX an sqlcode610
  leaves the index in RBP - Rebuild Pending state causing the
  subsequent RUNSTATS INDEX step to fail rc8 with msgdsnu214i and
  msgdsnu012i and msgadbt015i similar to the following:

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When an ALTER INDEX was generated,  an  *
  *                      SQL CODE -610 occurred and it left the  *
  *                      index in Rebuild Pending state causing  *
  *                      the subsequent  RUNSTATS INDEX step to  *
  *                      fail with a RC of 8 and messages like:  *
  *                      DSNU214I, DSNU012I and ADBT015I.        *

  *                      Comparing an INDEX with the NOT PADDED  *
  *                      attribute against an DDL file with the  *
  *                      PADDED attribute  resulted in an ALTER  *
  *                      to the index which places the INDEX in  *
  *                      rebuild pending status.                 *

  *                      REBUILD INDEX  support  has been added  *
  *                      for altered "piecesize"  and  "padded"  *
