• ABENDU0385-18 is issued out of FRXPDSR0 after a /RECOVER STOP
  ALLENTRIES.

  The pipe receive routine, FRXPDSR0, tries to use the lsst
  control block after it is already released. The abend occurs
  when low core does not contain the expected value in lsst.
